Nudge

Here is a little nudge to help break bad habits.

  1. Notice the urge. Recognize that you really want or are starting to do that habit you wanted to break.
  2. Be inquisitive. Ask yourself questions, figure out where this desire is coming from. Get educated, understand where this desire is coming from.
  3. Feel the joy of letting  go. Reward your brain by celebrating the fact that your letting go of this urge.
  4. Repeat. Do these steps as many times as you need to, to break that bad habit. 

Embrace the new you. Everything we do is a choice. So, make your choices now, ones your future self will thank you for.
